ACF use several strategies, such as campaigns and events to try and reduce deforestation and protect the environment in Australia. One major strategy is ACF investigations, where volunteers use satellite images to identify land clearing and habitat destruction which is being hidden. The ACF also run corporate campaigns which aim to hold businesses, supermarkets, industries and banks accountable for activities that contribute to environmental damage. We aim to include their strategies of community involvement, raising awareness and holding the big organisations responsible. Changing our habits to ensure that us as consumers don't encourage increased land clearing.
